Conquer the Challenge of Change !

In my blog on The “I.M.P.A.C.T” of Self-Improvement! – it gives a sneak peek into the concept behind the key to self-improvement being changed. But not always are these changes self-made or enter our lives spontaneously, some changes come in suddenly and out of nowhere. Some you may like, some you don’t quite prefer but yet need to adapt them for the good. But in all ways, the challenge of conquering any change that comes in your life the right way has been through these thought-provoking points mentioned below.

Are you ready to conquer the challenge of your changes? Here we go!

1. Establish facts & setbacks (if any)

Not everyone seems to openly accept change, but what if you establish its facts and accept them openly. You have one less burden on your shoulders about the change. You have learned the facts & understood its positives, negatives (if any) and then can move on with a clearer way ahead and

Focus on what you will gain out of it and avoid thinking about what you might lose. Always look on the brighter side! When you realize the reality of the change it could bring, you then will feel utmost true to yourself and of the life you’re leading. Then you lead peacefully

2. Overcome it step-by-step

Taking in all the trouble to bother about your change, won’t let you overcome it any easier. Let it soak in day-by-day. Don’t rush into this process and understand it will evolve at its required pace. Do everything you can to make it work and to turn out effectively.

In this period of overcoming, things might get harder. But you must remember to stay strong and face your fears boldly. There is nothing to sit and worry about to such an extent that it would start to exhaust your mind and soul. So take care of yourself both - mentally & physically and deal with it step-by-step.

3. Communicate your concerns

Your circle of people surrounding you during this time of your life, while facing any change - also go through a certain amount of concerns about you. Maintaining communication and sustaining rapport with them can get tough. Living in your own bubble without any interactions can be quite problematic at times. Especially if you’re not acting upon & sharing anything that can help you conquer your change would only make it harder for you. Cuz lets face it,

Convey your concerns to the people you feel comfortable sharing anything about the change you are facing or about anything that is concerning you during this process. Small or big, talk it out! Bring in wider perspectives of topics to share and avoid misunderstandings relating to it by all means and

4. Acknowledgment counts!

People with whom you have shared your concerns might also majorly be the ones that stick around the longest like your own set of “well-wishers.” Their presence in your life matters and you must acknowledge their presence for it. If not always, at least occasionally be thankful and show gratitude. So what are you thankful for now?

Draw your strengths from these valuable resources of your circle of people. They are the people who motivate and bring out the best in you, as in a supportive environment in order to conquer the challenge of change - The “S.U.P.E.R” Environment to succeed!

5. “Willpower” – The powerful tool

Practice being resilient and sharpen the strongest & most powerful tool that you can possess as an individual – Willpower. Nothing stands above your own mind and the will to do anything. After all, it’s a change; it’s not bigger than your own willpower that could overcome the challenge of conquering it and

“Where there's a will there's a way." When you’re determined to do something, you will find a way to accomplish it regardless of obstacles. Overcome your obstacles with grace. Nothing could be better than that.

Being AWSOMATIC! Hope you all can use these points for a better way in adapting your changes and conquering this huge challenge successfully.
